Please be aware that I am unable to quote prices on the phone or via e-mail. An initial consultation is required for all potential clients. There is no way I can explain all the unique services I offer in a 5 minute phone call. If you are willing to invest an hour of your time, I will show you many unique ways to customize and personalize your reception.
Are we a good fit? The last thing I want to do is waste your valuable time if I am not the type of DJ you are looking for. Ask yourself this question: What is the #1 thing I want my guests to remember about my wedding reception? If your answer is "they had a great time" or "the most fun reception ever", we are probably a good fit. The couples that hire me are unique in the fact that they all value their guests enjoyment as much as their own.
I am often asked if I can play from a couple's song list from start to finish. Although I will be more than happy to honor special requests from my clients (as well as songs they do not wish to hear), I don't do weddings where I am limited to only songs chosen by the bride and groom. I have found that the more I can read the crowd, and take everyone's requests, the more dancing there will be. This equals a better reception for everyone.
No high-pressure sales pitch. Rest assured there will be no sales pitch during the 60-minute consultation. Please leave your checkbook at home. However, because I don't subcontract to other DJs or double-book dates, my calendar tends to fill up faster than other companies. For this reason, I recommend scheduling the consultation as soon as possible, especially if your wedding is on a Friday or Saturday between May and September. I am able to meet at a time that is best for your busy schedule.
Where do we meet? Consultations are generally done at my home office in south Fort Collins (see map below). However, if you feel more comfortable in a neutral setting, or if you are driving from the Denver Metro area, we can also meet at the Loveland Embassy Suites (just 15 minutes north of Longmont). If you choose this second option, coffee is on me in the lobby cafe!
